Apartment Water Management Company (AWMC) was created as a “Cloud Company” in order to cut down on overhead and keep closer to clients and their needs. We have no storage facilities but rather order toilets and supplies straight from the US distributor and drop ship to the installation site. We do not have offices with layers of employees and if you call you will probably speak with one of the two owners. 

For qualified customers, we get paid from a percentage of your measured monthly water bill cost savings over a negotiated time period (typically no more than 3 years), rather than requiring any up front payment by the property owner. That means we only are compensated from agreed to water bill cost savings—funds the property owner didn’t have before our retrofit work.
